中文摘要: 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种可累及多器官的自身免疫性疾病,目前SLE的呼吸系统受累不如皮肤、关节和肾脏损伤一样被重视,但其发病率高,临床表现复杂且缺乏特异性,易被漏诊或误诊。目前,SLE肺损伤的发病机制尚未完全阐明,临床治疗仍以经验性免疫抑制为主,部分患者疗效不佳。因此,深入探讨SLE肺损伤的病理生理机制、寻找早期诊断的生物标志物、优化个体化治疗策略,对改善患者生存质量及长期预后具有重要意义。
Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease, which can involve multiple organs. Currently, the involvement of the respiratory system in SLE has not received the same attention as skin, joint and kidney injuries, but it has a high incidence rate, complex clinical manifestations and lack specificity, making it prone to missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis. Moreover, its pathogenic mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated, and clinical treatment still primarily relies on empirical immunosuppression, with some patients showing poor efficacy. Therefore, an in-depth exploration of the pathophysiological mechanism of lung injury in SLE, the search for biomarkers of early diagnosis, and optimization of individualized treatment strategies are of great significance for improving the quality of life and long-term prognosis of patients.
