中文摘要: 本文旨在综述精准医学视角下中医药治疗功能性胃肠病（FGIDs）的机制与临床应用研究进展。通过阐述精准医学与中医药的结合，深入探讨中医药在治疗FGIDs中的作用机制，包括其对胃肠动力、内脏高敏感、脑—肠轴及肠道微生态的调节作用，并总结中医药治疗FGIDs的临床研究现状，以期为该领域的进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。
Abstract:This article aims to review the research progress on the mechanism and clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) from the perspective of precision medicine. By elaborating the combination of precision medicine and Chinese medicine, discussing the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine in the treatment of FGIDs including its regulatory effects on gastrointestinal motility, visceral hypersensitivity, brain-gut axis and intestinal microecology, and summarizing the current clinical research status of Chinese medicine in the treatment of FGIDs, to provide references for further research and clinical application in this field.
