中文摘要: 急性肾损伤(AKI)作为一种常见的临床综合征,伴随着较高的发病率与死亡率。因此,预防及早期识别AKI显得异常重要。泛连接蛋白1(Panx1)通道是一种普遍表达的非选择性大孔质膜通道,可有效外排 ATP,在炎症反应、能量产生和细胞死亡等多种生理过程中发挥关键作用。研究人员发现,在AKI动物模型中,通过药物抑制或靶向敲除Panx1基因,可以起到抗炎、降低细胞死亡率、减轻肾组织损伤的作用,延缓 AKI 的发生发展。本文对Panx1在AKI中的有关作用机制以及Panx1相关药物的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:Acute kidney injury(AKI),as a common clinical syndrome,is associated with high morbidity and mortality. Therefore,the prevention and early recognition of AKI is extremely important. Pannexin 1(Panx1)channel is a universally expressed,non -selective,macroporous plasma membrane channel that can effectively efflux ATP and play a key role in various physiological processes such as inflammation,energy production and cell death. The researchers found that in AKI animal models,drug inhibition or targeted knockout of Panx1 gene can play an anti -inflammatory ,reduce cell mortality ,alleviate kidney tissue damage ,and delay the occurrence and development of AKI. This article reviews the mechanism of action of Panx1 in AKI and the research progress of Panx1related drugs.
