Abstract:The da Vinci Surgical System represents a significant technological advancement in the field of surgery，providing surgeons with highly precise tools and visual assistance for various complex procedures. This paper comprehensively analyzes the current applications of the da Vinci Surgical System in liver cancer surgery and explores future prospects. Through a systematic review of the literature and an analysis of technological advancements，this paper emphasize the potential advantages of the da Vinci Surgical System in improving surgical precision，reducing trauma，and promoting personalized treatment for liver cancer. Furthermore，the impact of emerging technologies on hepatocellular carcinoma surgery such as machine learning，artificial intelligence，and remote surgery is discassed，and recommendations are offered，so as to drive future research and applications in this field.
