中文摘要: 冠心病(CHD)是全球范围内最常见的心血管疾病之一,其慢性病程决定了长期管理和康复的必要性。心脏康复作为CHD二级预防的重要措施,已被证实能够有效降低心血管死亡率和再住院率。近年来,人工智能技术在医学领域的快速发展为个体化、精准化治疗模式提供了新契机。其中,机器学习作为人工智能的重要分支,在大数据处理、风险预测、个体化方案制定及远程监测等方面展现出独特优势。本文系统综述了人工智能,特别是机器学习技术在CHD心脏康复中的最新研究进展,分析其在CHD管理中的应用现状及未来发展方向,为相关领域的研究和临床实践提供参考。
Abstract:Coronary heart disease(CHD)is among the most prevalent cardiovascular diseases worldwide,and its chronic course necessitates long-term management and rehabilitation. As a cornerstone of secondary prevention,cardiac rehabilitation has been shown to significantly reduce cardiovascular mortality and hospital readmission rate. In recent years,the rapid growth of artificial intelligence(AI)in medicine has opened new opportunities for individualized,precision-medicine strategies. Machine learning(ML),a major subfield of AI,has demonstrated particular strengths in large-scale data processing,risk prediction,personalized treatment planning,and remote monitoring. This review synthesizes recent advances in applying AI,particularly ML,to cardiac rehabilitation for patients with CHD,outlines the current status of implementation in disease management,and discusses future directions,with the aim of informing further research and clinical practice.
