中文摘要: 肌少症是一种以进行性骨骼肌质量、力量和功能下降为特征的老年综合征,其病理生理机制涉及肌肉特异性过程(如肌因子的分泌)到全身性变化(如炎症和氨基酸代谢紊乱)等多重因素。 目前,肌少症的诊断主要依赖于临床表现、功能评估和影像学检查。近年来,生物标志物的发现为肌少症的早期诊断、病理机制研究和干预靶点开发提供了重要方向。本综述系统探讨了肌少症影像学、功能学标志物以及血清学生物标志物,旨在为肌少症的诊断、预后评估和治疗决策提供科学依据。
Abstract:Sarcopenia is a geriatric syndrome characterized by decline in skeletal muscle mass, strength, and function. Its pathophysiological mechanisms involve multiple factors, ranging from muscle - specific processes(such as myokine secretion)to systemic changes(such as inflammation and amino acid metabolism disorders). Currently,the diagnosis of sarcopenia primarily relies on clinical manifestations,functional assessments, and imaging examinations. In recent years, the discovery of biomarkers has provided important directions for early diagnosis,research into pathological mechanisms,and the development of intervention targets for sarcopenia. This review systematically explores imaging,functional biomarkers,and serological biomarkers of sarcopenia,aiming to provide a scientific basis for its diagnosis,prognosis assessment,and treatment decision-making.
