中文摘要: 二甲双胍是目前2型糖尿病的一线用药,作为2型糖尿病患者的口服治疗药物已有50多年的历史。近年来随着国内外对二甲双胍研究的深入,二甲双胍在抗肿瘤治疗方面展现出了巨大的潜力。研究发现二甲双胍不仅能单独抑制肿瘤生长,还能显著辅助提升肿瘤放化疗和生物治疗等疗效。 目前关于二甲双胍发挥抗肿瘤作用的具体机制尚未达成共识,但是大量的研究结果提示二甲双胍能通过调控多种信号通路抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。本文就近几年来二甲双胍抑制肿瘤细胞生长相关信号通路展开讨论,以期为临床肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。
Abstract:Metformin is currently the first-line drug for type 2 diabetes mellitus,and has been used as an oral therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus for more than 50 years. In recent years,with the deepening of research on metformin at home and abroad, metformin has shown great potential in anti-tumor therapy. Studies have found that metformin can not only inhibit tumor growth alone, but also significantly assist in improving the efficacy of tumor radiotherapy,chemotherapy and biotherapy. There is no consensus on the specific mechanism of the anti-tumor effect of metformin,despite a large number of research results suggest that metformin can inhibit the growth of tumor cells by regulating various signaling pathways. This article discusses the signaling pathways related to the inhibition of tumor cell growth by metformin in recent years,aiming to provide new insights for clinical tumor treatment.
