中文摘要: 肝细胞癌是原发性肝癌最主要的临床组织病理学亚型,不仅病死率高,而且发病机制非常复杂,目前临床上缺乏有效的治疗方案。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)可通过旁分泌释放多种生长因子、细胞因子和其他生物活性分子,增强癌症相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)的增殖、迁移能力及胶原蛋白合成功能。CAFs是实体肿瘤微环境的关键成分,介导细胞外基质(ECM)重塑和肝细胞癌的血管生成,同时抑制肝细胞癌微环境中的肿瘤免疫、代谢重编程等生物学活动,进而参与肝细胞癌细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡、血管生成、免疫逃逸等过程,最终促进肝细胞癌的发生发展。为了探索BMSCs和CAFs对肝细胞癌的影响以及将来能否成为肝细胞癌的潜在靶点,本文主要阐述BMSCs和CAFs对肝细胞癌的影响机制。
Abstract:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the most common histopathological subtype of primary liver cancer,exhibits both a high mortality rate and a complex pathogenesis. Currently,effective treatment options remain limited in clinical practice. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)can promote the proliferation,migration,and collagen synthesis function of cancer - associated fibroblasts( CAFs)by releasing various growth factors, cytokines,and other bioactive molecules through paracrine. As a major component of the tumor microenvironment in solid tumors,CAFs facilitate extracellular matrix(ECM)remodeling and angiogenesis, while also suppressing tumor immunity and metabolic reprogramming. These processes collectively regulate HCC cell proliferation, migration,invasion,apoptosis,angiogenesis,and immune evasion,ultimately driving HCC development and progression. In order to explore the effects of BMSCs and CAFs on HCC and whether they can become potential targets for HCC in the future,this article mainly summarizes the mechanisms by which BMSCs and CAFs affect HCC.
