中文摘要: 围术期缺血性脑损伤是外科手术及麻醉过程中常见的严重并发症，显著影响患者预后。通过有效监测、早期预防、及时诊断与治疗，可以显著改善患者的临床结局。本文综述了围术期缺血性脑损伤的发生机制、危险因素及防治策略的最新研究进展，以期为临床防治提供新的思路和方法。
Abstract:Perioperative ischemic brain injury is a prevalent and serious complication associated with surgical and anesthesia procedures，significantly impacting the prognosis of patients. Effective monitoring，early prevention，timely diagnosis and treatment， can greatly improve clinical outcomes for patients. This article reviews the latest research progress regarding the pathogenesis，risk factors，and strategies for the prevention and treatment of perioperative ischemic brain injury，aiming to offer new insights and methods for clinical practice.
