中文摘要: 原发性便秘发病机制尚未明确,肠道菌群-胆汁酸的相互作用可能是其发生的重要机制。肠道内丰富的微生物在胆汁酸的生物转化过程中发挥关键作用,同时胆汁酸池的改变会逆向调节肠道微生物群。本文重点阐述肠道菌群、胆汁酸及两者相互作用对原发性便秘的影响,以期为原发性便秘治疗提供新思路。
Abstract:The pathogenesis of primary constipation remains unclear,and the interaction between gut microbiota and bile acids may bean important mechanism underlying its occurrence. The abundant microorganisms in the gut play a key role in the biotransformation of bile acids ,while alterations in the bile acid pool reciprocally regulate the gut microbial community. This article focuses on elucidating the impact of gut microbiota,bile acids,and their interaction on primary constipation,aiming to provide new insights for its treatment.
