中文摘要: 肾缺血再灌注损伤(RIRI)是肾移植过程中不可避免的危险因素,对患者的生存预后有显著的影响,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗方案。RIRI涉及多种细胞死亡方式,其中细胞焦亡是一种新发现的炎症性程序性细胞死亡,与RIRI的发生发展密切相关。本文主要对细胞焦亡在RIRI中可能的病理生理机制,以及这一过程中各种关键靶点的相关治疗药物及潜在有效抑制剂进行综述,为肾移植过程中对RIRI预防和治疗提供更多的治疗策略。
Abstract:Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury(RIRI )is an unavoidable risk factor during kidney transplantation ,significantly impacting patients,,survival and prognosis. Currently,there is a lack of effective treatment options. RIRI involves various forms of cell death,among which pyroptosis,a newly discovered inflammatory programmed cell death,is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of RIRI. This article primarily reviews the potential pathophysiological mechanisms of pyroptosis in RIRI ,as well as the related therapeutic drugs and potential effective inhibitors targeting key molecules in this process. The aim is to provide more treatment strategies for the prevention and management of RIRI during kidney transplantation.
