2019—2020年南京市腹泻病例中的沙门菌分子分型及耐药性

中文摘要: 目的 对2019-2020年南京市哨点医院腹泻患者中分离到的沙门菌进行病原学分析,了解南京市腹泻患者沙门菌的血清型、分子分型特征及耐药特点。 方法 采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对81株沙门菌进行分子分型,酶切电泳图谱导入 BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析,并利用微量肉汤稀释法进行耐药性检测。 结果 81株沙门菌有22个血清型,主要为鼠伤寒沙门菌及肠炎沙门菌,PFGE电泳后产生的条带具有多样性;药敏结果显示,沙门菌对氨苄西林的耐药率最高,达85.1%,多重耐药率达64.2%。 结论 南京市分离自腹泻病例的沙门菌耐药状况严重,耐药谱分布呈多样性,应持续开展沙门菌耐药及病原学监测。
Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the serotype, molecular typing and drug resistance of Salmonella detected in diarrhea patients from the sentinel hospitals in Nanjing from 2019 to 2020. Methods Molecular characterizations of 81 strains of Salmonella were analyzed by pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE). Restriction enzyme electrophoresis patterns were imported into BioNumerics software for cluster analysis. Drug susceptibility for Salmonella strains were detected by the micro-broth dilution method. Results Twenty-two serotypes were found for 81 strains of Salmonella, and the predominating strains were Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis. PFGE patterns indicated that the strains were diverse. The drug susceptibility test showed that the drug resistance rate to ampicillin was the highest(85.1%), and the multi-drug resistance rate was 64.2%. Conclusion The drug resistance of Salmonella isolated from diarrhea cases in Nanjing is serious, and the drug resistance spectrum is diverse, so the monitoring for drug resistance in Salmonella and etiology should be carried out continuously.
