中文摘要: 基于全球人口老龄化进程加速及骨科常见病多发病日益增多的现状,人工智能(AI)作为计算机科学的一项核心技术,已经渗透到骨科医疗的各个流程之中,AI在骨科的应用也将引领新一轮科技革命,并获得突破式发展。本文从疾病预防、诊断、手术、康复和药物研发5 个角度,全面总结AI 技术的创新性成果和技术突破,并详细阐述了该技术的应用现状及其局限性。重点探讨了数据安全、算法可信度及临床转化等关键问题,并分别提出相应的解决办法;结合具体临床转化路径和研究轨迹展望了多模态融合、跨界联合的发展前景。在骨折精准诊治、机器人辅助手术、个性化的康复领域,AI 技术优势已经超过传统的手段,但是由于缺乏完整的数据支撑、缺少大规模的临床验证、技术不成熟等多种因素,使得AI 难以得到大规模的应用落地。本文为AI在骨科的技术转化与学术发展提供了系统的总结,并展望了新的方向和前景。
Abstract:Based on the accelerating global aging process and the increasing prevalence of common and prevalent orthopedic disorders,artificial intelligence(AI),as a core technology in computer science,has penetrated into all processes of orthopedic medical care. AI's use in orthopedics will also to lead a new round of technological revolution and achieve breakthrough developments. This study comprehensively summarizes the innovative achievements and technological breakthroughs of AI technology from five perspectives—disease prevention,diagnosis,surgery,rehabilitation,and pharmaceutical development in orthopedic diseases,elaborating on the current application status and limitations of the technology. Special emphasis is placed on issues such as data security,algorithm credibility,and clinical translation,and corresponding solutions to these three core problems are proposed respectively. Combined with specific clinical transformation paths and research trajectory,the development prospects of multimodal fusion and cross -disciplinary collaboration are prospected. In the fields of precision diagnosis and treatment of fractures,robot-assisted surgery,and personalized rehabilitation,AI outperforms conventional clinical approaches. However,factors such as the lack of comprehensive database retrieval,large - scale clinical validation,and immature technology have hindered the large - scale application and implementation of AI. This article provides a systematic summary for the technological transformation and academic development of AI in orthopedics,and also looks ahead to new directions and prospects.
