中文摘要: 糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变作为糖尿病的并发症之一,对消化道产生广泛影响。其症状包括胃食管反流、恶心、呕吐、胃 轻瘫、腹痛、便秘和腹泻等。目前,糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变的发病机制尚未完全明确,但越来越多的研究表明肠道菌群与糖 尿病胃肠自主神经病变之间存在密切关联。本文旨在总结肠道菌群与糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变相关的研究进展及其潜在机制,并探讨与肠道菌群相关的治疗策略,以期为糖尿病胃肠自主神经病变的防治提供新的视角,进而提升患者的生活质量。
Abstract:Diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy, one of the complications of diabetes, has a widespread impact on the digestive tract. Symptoms include gastroesophageal reflux, nausea, vomiting, gastroparesis, abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhea, among others. Currently, the pathogenesis of diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy is not fully understood, but an increasing number of studies suggest a close connection between the gut microbiota and diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy. This article aims to summarize the research progress and potential mechanisms of the relationship between the gut microbiota and diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy, and to explore treatment strategies related to the gut microbiota, with the aim of providing new perspectives for the prevention and treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic neuropathy, thereby improving the quality of life for patients.
