中文摘要: 转移前生态位(PMN)是肿瘤细胞潜在转移部位的微环境,其生理变化决定着肿瘤转移效率与靶器官选择。目前对发生远处转移的乳腺癌治疗一直是临床上需要攻破的难题,近年来随着对乳腺癌常见转移器官形成机制的研究不断深入,PMN产生的免疫抑制效应在引发肿瘤免疫逃逸和维持肿瘤休眠中越来越受到重视。本文通过对乳腺癌如何转移进行探讨,根据PMN的形成过程和特点,综述乳腺癌常见转移部位(肝、肺、骨、脑)是如何创造出有利于肿瘤细胞定植的环境,以期为未来乳腺癌转移的治疗提供新的靶点。
Abstract:The pre-metastatic niche(PMN)represents a microenvironment at potential metastatic sites,whose physiological alterations determine the efficiency of tumor metastasis and organotropism. The treatment of breast cancer with distant metastasis remains a
significant clinical challenge. Recent advances in understanding the mechanisms underlying PMN formation in common metastatic
organs have highlighted the critical role of PMN-induced immunosuppression in facilitating tumor immune evasion and maintaining
tumor dormancy. This article explores the metastatic process of breast cancer and reviews how PMNs create favorable microenvironments for tumor cell colonization in major metastatic sites(liver,lung,bone,and brain),aiming to provide novel
therapeutic targets for combating breast cancer metastasis.
