中文摘要: 人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）广泛感染人群，并可建立长期潜伏。卵巢癌（OC）是三大妇科癌症之一，对女性生命构成严重威胁。越来越多的证据表明，HCMV感染在卵巢癌的发生与发展中发挥重要作用，包括：诱导炎症介质、影响宿主免疫应答、改变肿瘤微环境（TME）、调控细胞信号通路、破坏细胞周期、抑制细胞凋亡、促进血管生成及增加细胞侵袭转移。本综述旨在深入探讨HCMV在卵巢癌中的作用机制，为卵巢癌的预防与治疗提供新方法。
Abstract:Human cytomegalovirus（HCMV）widely infects the population and can have a long-term latency. Ovarian cancer（OC）is one of the three major gynecological cancers，posing a serious threat to women ??s lives. More and more evidence suggests that HCMV infection plays an important role in the occurrence and development of OC，including inducing inflammatory mediators，affecting host immune response，altering tumor microenvironment（TME），regulating cell signaling pathways，disrupting cell cycle，inhibiting cell apoptosis，promoting angiogenesis，and increasing cell invasion and metastasis. This review aims to explore in depth the mechanism of HCMV in OC，in order to provide new methods for the prevention and treatment of OC.
