中文摘要: 消化系统是人体最多元化和最复杂的系统之一,人体内有超过80%微生物居住在胃肠道中。胃肠道菌群有帮助消化食物、吸收营养、维持正常肠道运动、促进机体免疫、抑制肿瘤的发生与发展等作用。由于消化系统的特殊解剖结构,胃肠道菌群易受多种因素影响,导致有益菌减少,有害菌增多,胃肠道菌群失去平衡。胃肠道菌群失调后会导致便秘、腹泻、慢性胃炎、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征等多种消化系统疾病及消化系统外疾病。粪菌移植(FMT)治疗,是向患者胃肠道内移植健康人粪便的功能菌群,帮助其恢复和维持胃肠道菌群生态平衡,从而改变患者生活质量的一种治疗方法。本综述总结了FMT在治疗肠道疾病中的应用。
Abstract:The digestive system is one of the most diverse and complex systems in the human body,with over 80% of the body , s microbiota residing in the gastrointestinal tract. The gut microbiota plays crucial roles in digesting food ,absorbing nutrients, maintaining normal intestinal motility,promoting immune function,and inhibiting tumor development. Due to the unique anatomical structure of the digestive system,the gut microbiota is susceptible to various factors that can reduce beneficial bacteria and increase harmful bacteria,leading to microbial imbalance. Dysbiosis of the gut microbiota can result in digestive disorders such as constipation, diarrhea,chronic gastritis ,inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),and irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), as well as extraintestinal diseases. Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)is a therapeutic approach that involves transferring functional microbiota from healthy donors into a patient,s gastrointestinal tract to restore and maintain microbial balance,thereby improving the patient,s quality of life. This review summarizes the applications ofFMT in treating intestinal diseases.
