中文摘要: N-myc 下游调节基因-2(NDRG2)是与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡密切相关的抑癌基因,其在脑内主要表达于星形胶质细胞。研究表明NDRG2可通过调控星形胶质细胞的增殖活化、炎症反应、谷氨酸兴奋性毒性及血脑屏障完整性等参与脑卒中、精神类疾病、神经退行性疾病的发生与发展。本文主要对星形胶质细胞特异性表达的NDRG2在不同中枢神经系统疾病进程中的重要作用作一综述。

Abstract:N-myc downstream- regulated gene 2(NDRG2)is an oncogene closely related to cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,which is mainly expressed in astrocytes in the brain. Studies have shown that NDRG2 is involved in the development and progressionof stroke,psychiatric diseases,and neurodegenerative diseases by regulating the proliferation and activation of astrocytes,inflammatory responses,glutamate excitotoxicity,and the integrity of the blood brain barrier. This article reviews the important role of astrocyte-specific expression of NDRG2 in the process of different central nervous system diseases.
