Abstract:Patients with tumor experience dysregulation of the five Zang-organs and stagnation of the six Fu-organs dueto phlegm and blood stasis or damage from chemotherapeutic drugs. The blockage of the six Fu-organs leads to a lack of source for the production of Qi and blood，resulting in deficiency，congestion of pathogenic factors，and a poor prognosis. Professor Wu Chengyu emphasizes the importance of ensuring smooth flow through the six Fu-organs in the treatment of tumors. Based on the principle that“six Fu- organs unobstructed in function”，she proposes therapeutic methods such as“strengthening the spleen and stomach，regulating the Sanjiao，and promoting the lungs to unblock the Fu-organs”，to ensure unobstructed in function of the six Fu-organs and nourish the five Zang-organs. This approach aims to support the healthy energy，expel pathogenic factors，inhibit tumor，and prevent relapse.
