中文摘要: 外泌体是直径为30~200 nm的细胞外囊泡的一种亚型,是几乎存在于所有细胞中的分泌性囊泡,在其表面或管腔内携带大量分子,如蛋白质、脂类和RNA。外泌体在细胞间信号传递过程中发挥重要作用,此外,外泌体还含有许多生长因子,这些生长因子与改善受损组织的愈合有关。近年来研究表明,外泌体可以通过刺激再生、减轻炎症反应等方式对骨关节炎、肌肉组织损伤、骨折、骨质疏松、脊髓损伤、椎间盘退变等骨科疾病有潜在的治疗作用,本文对该方面的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:Exosomes are a subtype of extracellular vesicles with diameters ranging from 30 nm to 200 nm, which are secretory vesicles present in almost all cells and carry a large number of molecules, such as proteins, lipids and RNA, on their surface or within their lumen. Exosomes play an important role in the in the process of cell-to-cell signaling, in addition, exosomes also contain many growth factors that have been associated with improved healing of damaged tissues. In recent years, studies have shown that exosomes can have potential improvement effects on orthopedic diseases such as osteoarthritis, muscle tissue damage, fractures, osteoporosis, spinal cord injury, and intervertebral disc degeneration by stimulating regeneration and reducing inflammatory responses. This article reviews the research progress in this area.
