中文摘要: 随着分子检测技术的多元化发展,液体活检因其无创、易获得等特点已被越来越多的研究者关注并探索。其中,循环肿瘤DNA作为血浆中游离DNA中的一种,是液体活检的重要检测成分。近年来循环肿瘤DNA在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)诊治中的重要性不断提高,本文主要就循环肿瘤DNA对NSCLC的术后复发、辅助治疗、靶向治疗及免疫治疗的相关预测作用的新研究成果展开综述,为NSCLC患者的个体化治疗提供新思路和新策略。
Abstract:With the diversified development of molecular detection technology, liquid biopsy has been noticed and explored by more and more researchers because of its non-invasive and available characteristics. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), as one of the free DNA in plasma, is an important component in liquid biopsy. In recent years, the importance of ctDNA in the diagnosis and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has been increasing. This article mainly reviews the latest researches of ctDNA in predicting the postoperative recurrence, adjuvant therapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy of NSCLC, and provides new ideas and strategies for individualized treatment of NSCLC patients.
