Abstract:Chinese medicine plays a unique role in the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis/precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (CAG/PLGC), which can significantly improve the discomfort symptoms of patients and directly intervene in the process of CAG/PLGC. Based on the theory of “Treating middle energizer by achieving relative equilibrium”, combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of middle energizer, Professor Zheng Liang has adopted a self-made Weiheng Decoction to treat CAG/PLGC by means of appropriate ascending and descending, complementation of dryness and dampness, simultaneous adjustment of cold and heat, and simultaneous application of reinforcing and reducing, etc. The prescription is light and simple, and the medication is light and flexible.
