中文摘要: 近年来研究发现程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)基因多态性和许多疾病尤其是恶性肿瘤的易感性及临床表型和预后相关,研究PD-1基因多态性有望为部分恶性肿瘤易感性分析和免疫治疗提供新的思路。本文初步探讨PD-1的基因多态性,并通过文献综述总结出PD-1基因rs2297136位点TT基因型、rs4143815位点GG基因型、rs36084323 位点CC基因型、rs10204525位点AA基因型及rs36084323位点GG基因型与肝细胞癌(HCC)的易感性相关,PD-1基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与HCC的关系值得进一步探讨。
Abstract:In recent years it has been found that programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) gene polymorphism is associated with susceptibility, clinical phenotype and prognosis of many diseases, especially malignant tumors. The study of PD-1 gene polymorphism is expected to provide new ideas for susceptibility analysis and immunotherapy of some malignant tumors. In this paper, we preliminarily summarize that TT genotype of rs2297136, GG genotype of rs4143815, CC genotype of rs36084323, AA genotype of rs10204525 and GG genotype of rs36084323 are associated with the susceptibility of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) through literature review. The relationship between PD-1 gene single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and HCC deserves further investigation.
