中文摘要: 目的 以能力本位教育理论为依据,应用德尔菲(Delphi)法对护理实习生岗前静脉治疗课程进行设置。 〖HTH〗方法〖HTSS〗 通过文献阅读及前期调研,运用德尔菲法通过微信“问卷星”向24名相关的专家对护理实习生岗前静脉治疗特色课程的内容、重要性等进行2轮函询,拟构建适合护理实习生走上临床岗位前的特色静脉治疗课程。 结果 2轮专家函询的积极系数均为100%,专家意见协调系数为0.651、0.682,权威系数为0.82,最终确定护理实习生岗前静脉治疗特色课程为10项。经过对被授课的学生进行课前与课后的调研发现,结果显示其实习前对临床工作畏惧感评分明显下降[(2.55±0.10)分vs(2.94±0.09)分,P<0.01],对自己静脉输液技能水平信心评分明显上升[(3.70±0.14)分 vs (3.31±0.06)分,P<0.01],对自己胜任临床静脉输液工作的信心评分上升[(3.94±0.15)分 vs (3.43±0.06)分,P<0.01]。 结论 以能力本位教育理论为依据,应用德尔菲法设置静脉治疗特色课程可以有效地扩大护生进入临床前的知识面,提高其自信心。
Abstract:Objective To set up the pre-job intravenous therapy courses for nursing interns using the Delphi method based on the competency-based theory. Methods Through literature reading and preliminary research, Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence with 24 relevant experts on the content and importance of the pre-job intravenous therapy characteristic courses for nursing interns, and it was planned to build a characteristic intravenous therapy courses suitable for nursing interns before taking up clinical posts. Results Both positive coefficients of expert correspondence were 100%, and the coordination coefficient of expert opinions was 0.651 and 0.682, respectively. And the authority coefficient was 0.82. Eventually, ten characteristic courses of pre-job intravenous therapy for nursing interns were determined. 〖JP2〗Through the pre-class and post-class survey of the students who were taught, it was found that the students fear scores of clinical works decreased[(2.55 ±0.10) vs (2.94±0.09), P<0.01] significantly, and their confidence scores of their own intravenous infusion skills [(3.70±0.14) vs (3.31±0.06), P<0.01] and competence for clinical intravenous infusion work [(3.94±0.15) vs (3.43±0.06), P<0.01] increased significantly. Conclusion Based on the competency-based theory, the application of Delphi method in setting up the characteristic courses of intravenous therapy can effectively expand the knowledge of nursing students before entering the clinical practice and improve their self-confidence.
