中文摘要: 3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A（HMG-CoA）还原酶抑制剂，通常称为他汀类药物，因其降低内源性胆固醇的确切作用而被广泛应用于心脑血管疾病、高脂血症等的治疗。除了对胆固醇合成的抑制作用以外，他汀类药物还具有促凋亡、抗血管生成和免疫调节作用，可以有效阻止肿瘤细胞生长。本文主要就他汀类药物在肾癌防治中的研究进展及争议等进行综述。

Abstract:3-hydroxy-3-methylglutarylcoenzyme-A（HMG-CoA）reductaseinhibitors,commonlyknownasstatins,arewidelyusedinthetreatmentofhyperlipidemiaandcardio-vasculardiseasesduetotheirpreciseroleinreducingendogenouscholesterol.Inadditiontotheinhibitionofcholesterolsynthesis,statinsalsohavetheeffectsofpromotingapoptosis,anti-angiogenesisandimmuneregulation,whichcaneffectivelypreventthegrowthoftumorcells.Thispaperreviewstheresearchprogressandcontroversyofstatinsinthepreventionandtreatmentofrenalcellcarcinoma.
