颈椎病相关信号通路的研究进展

中文摘要: 颈椎病是由于颈椎间盘的退行性病变,从而使颈椎间盘处软骨细胞出现凋亡、衰老等病理改变,最终出现关节结构改变及广泛性的颈部疼痛。但其发病机制尚未明确,了解与颈椎病相关的通路对深入探究颈椎病的发病机制及探索未知的治疗靶点具有实际意义。本文围绕颈椎病的相关通路的研究进展作一综述,发现NF-κB、JAK/STAT、PI3K/Akt、MAPK、Wnt以及整合素-FAK信号通路与颈椎类相关疾病的产生与发展均有密切联系,且与各信号通路相关的中医内外治法实验研究取得了可喜的效果。期望此文能为颈椎病的发病机制及前沿治疗手段提供一定的科学参考依据。

Abstract:Cervicalspondylosisiscausedbydegenerativelesionsofthecervicalintervertebraldiscs,resultinginpathologicalchangessuchasapoptosisandsenescenceofcartilagecellsatthecervicalintervertebraldiscs,andultimatelystructuralchangesinthejointsandwidespreadneckpain.However,thepathogenesisofcervicalspondylosisisnotyetclear,andunderstandingthepathwaysassociatedwithcervicalspondylosisisofpracticalimportanceinexploringthepathogenesisofcervicalspondylosisandexploringunknowntherapeutictargets.ThispaperreviewstheprogressofresearchonthepathwaysassociatedwithcervicalspondylosisandfindsthatcervicalspondylosisiscloselyassociatedwithNF-κB,JAK/STAT,PI3K/Akt,MAPK,Wntandintegrin-FAKsignallingpathway,andtheexperimentalresearchofinternalandexternaltreatmentoftraditionalChinesemedicinerelatedtovarioussignalpathwayshasachievedgratifyingresults.Itishopedthatthisarticlewillprovidesomescientificbasisforthepathogenesisandcutting-edgetreatmentofcervicalspondylosis.
