中文摘要: 目的 系统评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)治疗冠心病介入术后患者焦虑抑郁状态的改善和心血管临床获益。方法 检索2018年9月前公开发表的黛力新治疗冠心病介入术后焦虑抑郁状态的中英文随机对照试验(RCT),依照纳入与排除标准,利用Cochrane偏倚风险工具评估纳入文献后,采用Review Manger 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入9个临床研究,9篇均为中文文献,977例研究对象,其中黛力新组490例,对照组487例。Meta分析结果显示,黛力新治疗可以显著改善心绞痛症状(P=0.001),同时可改善焦虑抑郁状态,显著降低汉密尔顿焦虑量表HAMA评分(P<0.01)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表HAMD评分(P<0.01)。结论 黛力新对冠心病介入术后焦虑抑郁患者具有减轻心绞痛症状、改善焦虑抑郁状态的临床作用。
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the improvement of anxiety and depression state and cardiovascular clinical benefits of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablet (Deanxit) after coronary intervention. Methods The Chinese and English articles about randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Deanxit in the treatment of anxiety and depression after coronary intervention which was published before September 2018 were selected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software after the inclusion of the literature was assessed by Cochrane risk of bias tool. Results There were 9 clinical studies,9 of which were Chinese literature,977 subjects,including 490 Cases in Deanxit group and 487 cases in control group.Meta-analysis showed that Deanxit treatment could significantly improve angina symptoms (P=0.01),improve anxiety and depression,significantly reduce Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAMA score (P<0.01) and Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD score (P<0.01). ConclusionDeanxit can relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the state of anxiety and depression in the patients after coronary intervention.
