丹红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液及脑循环治疗仪对房颤缺血性脑卒中的疗效

中文摘要: 目的 探讨丹红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液及脑循环系统治疗仪对房颤缺血性脑卒中患者神经损伤修复状况及认知功能的影响。方法 纳入于2015年1月至12月接受治疗的房颤缺血性脑卒中患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予丹红注射液联合丁苯酞及脑循环系统治疗仪治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的神经损伤修复状况、认知功能改善状况及相关指标变化。结果 治疗前两组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、血小板黏附率、蒙特利尔认知评估表(MoCA)、P300波潜伏期、双侧大脑中动脉血流阻力指数(RI)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(6.81±4.46vs 9.18±3.93,t=2.76,P<0.01);观察组血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、血小板黏附率均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组MoCA评分(26.46±1.87vs 21.57±1.15)、P300波潜伏期[(301.39±5.23)msvs (315.16±4.31)ms]、RI(0.53±0.11vs 0.69±0.10)较对照组显著改善(P<0.01);观察组患者及其家属满意度显著优于对照组(93.57%vs 58.33%,χ2=16.52,P<0.01)。结论 丹红注射液联合丁苯酞注射液及脑循环系统治疗仪可显著改善房颤缺血性脑卒中患者认知功能,提高患者满意度。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of Danhong injection combined with butyphthalide and cerebral circulation system treatment device on the rehabilitation and cognitive function of patients with ischemic stroke induced by atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 96 patients with ischemic stroke induced by atrial fibrillation who were received treatment from January to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group (n=48) and study group (n=48) according to random number table method. The control group patients received regular treatment, and the study group patients received regular treatment plus Danhong injection combined with butyphthalide and cerebral circulation system treatment device. The neurological status, cognitive function and related indicators of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results There were no difference in the level of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), plasma viscosity, blood viscosity, hematocrit, platelet adhesion rate, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA), P300 latency and bilateral middle cerebral artery resistance index (RI) between two groups before the treatment (all P>0.05). After the treatment, the NIHISS in study group was significant lower than that in control group (6.81±4.46 vs 9.18±3.93, t=2.76, P<0.01). The plasma viscosity, blood viscosity, hematocrit and platelet adhesion rate in study group were significant lower than those in control group after the treatment(all P<0.01). The MoCA (26.46±1.87 vs 21.57±1.15), P300 latency [(301.39±5.23) ms vs (315.16±4.31) ms]and RI (0.53±0.11 vs 0.69±0.10) in study group were significant better than those in control group (all P<0.01). The satisfaction of the patients and their families in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (93.57% vs 58.33%, χ2=16.52, P<0.01). Conclusion Danhong injection combined with butyphthalide and cerebral circulation system treatment device could improve the cognitive function and satisfaction of patients with ischemic stroke induced by atrial fibrillation.
