中文摘要: 在国家战略协同发展背景下,医学攻关产教融合创新平台通过构建"教育链-创新链-产业链-人才链"四链协同机制,形成人才培养与临床研究协同发展的双引擎模式。本文以东南大学国家医学攻关产教融合创新平台为实证对象,系统解析其"需求牵引-技术攻关-临床验证-产业转化"的全链条创新生态,探讨平台在驱动临床研究与人才培养协同发展中的创新机制与实践路径。该平台通过构建多主体协同创新机制、临床需求导向的科研转化体系、创新复合型人才培养模式,为破解医学领域"卡脖子"难题提供创新路径,为新时代医学教育改革提供实践范本。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of national strategic coordinated development, the medical collaborative innovation platform for industry-education integration establishes a dual-engine model that synergizes talent cultivation and clinical research development through the integration of educational, innovative industrial, and talent chains. This paper takes the National Medical Tackling Key Program Innovation Platform for Industry - Education Integration of Southeast University as an empirical object, and systematically analyzes its whole-chain innovation ecosystem featuring "demand-driven, technological tackling, clinical verification and industrial transformation". It explores the innovative mechanisms and practical pathways of the platform in driving the coordinated development of clinical research and talent cultivation. By establishing a multi-stakeholder collaborative innovation mechanism, a clinical demand-oriented research translation system and an innovative interdisciplinary talent training model, the platform provides an innovative approach to addressing key bottlenecks in the medical field and serves as a practical model for medical education reform in the new era.
