中文摘要: 部分肝切除术是目前治疗肝脏肿瘤的主要手段之一,但术后出现的肝功能障碍及肝衰竭等严重并发症的发生率为 11.3%~38.8%。近年来,迷走神经刺激(VNS)作为一种神经调控技术,因其在围手术期器官保护方面的潜力而受到广泛关 注。大量临床前研究表明,VNS可通过抗炎、抗氧化以及细胞保护等多种机制,在围手术期对脏器发挥显著的保护作用。本 综述系统分析了围手术期肝脏损伤的多种因素,并深入探讨VNS在围手术期对肝脏的保护机制及其应用,以期为肝脏疾病的 治疗与预防提供新的思路和理论依据。
Abstract:Partial hepatectomy remains a primary surgical option for treating liver tumors. However, postoperative hepatic dysfunction and severe complications, including liver dysfunction and liver failure, occur with incidences ranging from 11.3% to 38.8%. Recently, vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), as an emerging neuromodulatory technique, has attracted considerable attention due to its potential for perioperative organ protection. Extensive preclinical studies have demonstrated that VNS exerts significant protective effects on organs via multiple mechanisms, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidative stress, and cellular protective actions. This review systematically evaluates the multifaceted factors contributing to perioperative liver injury and comprehensively investigates the protective mechanisms and applications of VNS during the perioperative period, aiming to provide innovative insights and a robust theoretical foundation for the management and prevention of liver diseases.
