健康体适能管理对糖尿病前期患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响

中文摘要: 目的 探讨健康体适能管理在糖尿病前期患者中的应用,及对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月南京市中心医院内分泌科诊治的187例糖尿病前期患者,按照完全随机对照原则应用STA- TA软件的随机数字法分为研究组(健康体适能管理干预,93例)和对照组(常规干预,94例),比较两组糖代谢、脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能、体成分等指标变化。结果 和对照组相比,研究组干预24周、48周后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)更低(P<0.05),C肽更高(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,研究组干预24周、48周后胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β)差异无统计学意义( P> 0.05),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)更低(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,研究组干预24周、48周后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)更低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)更高(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,研究组干预24周、48周后身体质量指数(BMI)、内脏脂肪面积、身体脂肪率(BF%)、腰臀比(WHR)更低(P<0.05),躯干肌肉量更高(P< 0.05)。结论 健康体适能管理应用于糖尿病前期患者,可降低血糖,改善血脂和胰岛β细胞功能,减少脂肪沉积,提高肌肉含量。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Health-related physical fitness management on pancreatic beta cell function in patients with pre diabetes. Methods A total of 187 patients with pre-diabetes diagnosed and treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Nanjing Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the study group (93 cases of health - related physical fitness management intervention) and the control group (94 cases of regular intervention) according to the complete randomized control principle using the random numbers method. The changes of blood glucose, lipid metabolism, pancreatic beta cell function, body composition and other indicators between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had lower fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), fasting insulin (FINS) (P<0.05), and higher C-peptide (P<0.05) after 24 and 48 weeks of intervention. Compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in pancreatic beta-cell function (HOMA-β) ( P> 0.05), and lower insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) (P<0.05) in the study group after 24 and 48 weeks of intervention. Compared with the control group, the study group had lower levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (P<0.05) and higher levels of high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (P<0.05) after 24 and 48 weeks of intervention. Compared with the control group, the study group had lower body mass index (BMI), visceral fat area, body fat percentage (BF%), waist hip ratio (WHR) (P<0.05), and higher trunk muscle mass (P<0.05) after 24 and 48 weeks of intervention. Conclusion The application of health fitness management in patients with pre diabetes can reduce blood glucose, improve blood lipids and islet beta function, reduce fat deposition, and increase muscle content.
