中文摘要: 恶性肠梗阻（MBO）是肿瘤腹膜转移引起的常见并发症，预后极差，且患者的生存质量严重下降。引起MBO的主要原发肿瘤为卵巢癌、结直肠癌和胃癌。尽管MBO的治疗方案有了一些进展，但是标准治疗方案尚不明确。本文就MBO的概念和治疗的演变、治疗现状及综合治疗策略作一综述，并展望未来研究的方向，以期为临床MBO的治疗提供参考。
Abstract:Malignant bowel obstruction（MBO）is a common complication caused by peritoneal metastasis of tumors，with a very poor prognosis，and a significant decrease in the quality of life for patients. The main primary tumors causing MBO are ovarian cancer，colorectal cancer and gastric cancer. The treatment scheme of MBO has made some progress，but standard treatment protocol is not yet clear. This article provides a review of the concept and evolution，the current treatment status，and comprehensive treatment strategies of MBO，and looks forward to future research directions，aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of MBO.
