Abstract:Objective To explore the factors affecting the patency rate after inferior vena cava filter implantation（IVCFI），and to construct a predictive model. Methods A total of 154 patients who underwent IVCFI in No.2 People's Hospital of Fuyang City from October 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects. The clinical data were collected. The risk factors of patency rate < 50% after IVCFI were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression，and the nomogram model was established. Results Diabetes（OR=5.496，95%CI：1.727-17.489），drug thrombolysis（OR=4.749，95%CI：1.998-11.289），length of stay in bed ≥ 24 h（OR=3.880，95%CI：1.684-8.937），fibrinogen ≥ 4 g/L（OR =4.401，95%CI：1.558-12.431）and platelet count ≥ 300 × 109/L（OR=3.674，95%CI：1.603-8.423）were independent risk factors for the patency rate < 50% after IVCFI（P<0.01）. The model verification results showed that the C - index was 0.807，the calibration curve approached the ideal curve，the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve（AUC）was 0.811（95%CI：0.773-0.849）；the decision curve showed that the net benefit of the model??s predictions was higher when the threshold probabilities of 10% to 99%. Conclusion Risk factors for patency rate <50% after IVCFI include diabetes，drug thrombolysis，length of stay in bed ≥ 24 h，fibrinogen ≥ 4 g/L and platelet count ≥ 300 × 109/L，the nomogram model based on risk factors has good predictive ability for the risk of patency rate < 50% after IVCFI.
