中文摘要: 2型糖尿病(T2DM)占糖尿病总患者人数的90%以上,是除肿瘤和心血管疾病外的第三大疾病。近年来研究发现,胆汁酸对机体葡萄糖稳态有着重要的作用,且主要通过法尼醇受体(FXR)发挥作用。本文重点对胆汁酸的肠肝循环、不同脏器中胆汁酸通过FXR途径调节糖代谢及胰岛素分泌的机制以及FXR与T2DM的相关性的研究现状进行综述,以期为探索T2DM的发病原因及治疗提供新思路。
Abstract:Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM, accounted for more than 90% of the total number of diabetic patients) is the third most common disease after cancer and cardiovascular disease. In recent years, it has been found that bile acids play an important role in glucose homeostasis through farnesoid X receptor (FXR). This review focuses on the enterohepatic circulation of bile acid, the mechanism of bile acid regulating glucose metabolism and insulin secretion in different organs through FXR pathway and on the relationship between FXR and T2DM in order to provide new ideas for the exploration of the pathogenesis and treatment of T2DM.
